Delivery times are communicated during checkout. We offer standard, and express delivery. You can choose the most convenient method before placing your order.
We are committed to dispatching orders promptly. Orders placed during workdays before 2 pm (GMT0) should be fulfilled and handed to our courier partner on the same day. Please be mindful that pre-ordered items, weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods may result in delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking info. Should you want to make delivery changes these will need to be done via simply replying to our email or contacting our logistics partners (through the tracking link).
Should you be out when your package is delivered, our logistics partners will try to contact you and arrange for a second attempt. Please note, that only 2 attempts will be granted. If you fail to receive your order, our logistics partners will leave a missed delivery note and your package will be taken to your nearest Pickup Parcelshop or ServicePoint to collect within 7 days. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned where a refund of your purchase (minus shipping costs) will be issued, subject to circumstances.

Different Stock Availability: If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready. Please order in-stock items separately if this an issue for you.
Additional charges for customs clearance may apply. Those are borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These charges are to be paid through the shipping company. To find out whether you are likely to end up paying charges, please check your country’s customs and import policy.
